I will be using it mainly for Yotes. I shoot left hand. Suggestions on gun, caliber, and scope would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Check out the savages with the accu trigger. By far the best stock barrell you can get on a factory gun.
As far as caliber, I am partial to the .20's for yotes. I really like the .204 I have, fast shooter and hardly ever get an exit on a yote. Saves on the hides if that is what you are interested.
If you dont care about the hide, go with a .223 or a 22-250. Bullets are cheap and can be had darn near anywhere.

I have two savages in the mold 10 one in 22-250 and the other is a 243 win
Both guns have the accu triggers. I have both set at around 1 1/2 you cannot beat these guns for shooting both print under an inch. I have Brownings and other guns but the Savages get the most use. I also am a lefty but don't have one left handed bolt, I shoot all right handed bolts.
For scopes I like to gather all the light I can. We use 44 up to 50mm objectives. The power of the scope should fit the land you hunt. Around here we hunt high lines, big timber cuts and frozen lakes. We due hunt the timber, this is where we use the smaller guns like the 17 HMRs and shot guns.

Went shopping for Varmint Rifle today at 3 different places. No one had the Savages in 204, 22-250 or 223 in left hand or right hand.

Guess I will have to look some more or special order. I even had the wife's blessing on buying it. Birthday and early Christmas present.
