looking to build a small 5-6 horse mud motor, or one out of a weedeater anybody got plans or ideas?

I know this is probably not what you're looking for, but it'll give you a good idea of what you need to do. You might be better off finding one the same size as your motor that needs a new motor and put yours on it.
