I saw a 5 or 6 point buck today at the Wharton end of Berkshire Vally Rd. He was with at least 2 doe.... Kind of late to still be wearing the head gear!

JerseyJim: That just means he is really healthy and he is still full of testosterone. That sounds like a good thing to me.
Check out this big guy I got on a homebrew game camera last March. Still had those antlers in all his glory.

Seeing them has never been a problem for me. Actually shooting one is an entire different story! I almost forgot what the front of a deer looked like I was so used to seeing white flags running the other way! <_<

Don,
I think It was just one of those years. I sat in my stand many days this year and did not see a deer.

Don,
I got lucky. The day before i got the 9-pointer i sat in my stand all day and did not see a single deer. The next day i sat until 10:00 A.M.
then came down and took a walk to the top of the hill and saw two deer so i move the top that afternoon and at 4:25 P.M. he cam out. The rest was history.

Yea I read that . He said they were as white as could be . I guess when they carry them this long the sun does a number on them .
