I musta walked 5 miles today. I checked the woods in front of my house, which I never do and found a bedding area.... there was piles of deer hair every where in a huge thicket of small pines.... Almost so thick you couldn't walk through... and in the clearings was deer beds.
I found deer bones and the back end of s skull in this thicket.

Then I went to all the deer trails I know of and searched there... nothing. I went up into the corn field above my house and searched and busted 10+ deer out. Nothing.....

I had a great day!

That pic. brings back memories of my old hunt'n area from when I was just knee high. I always loved to hunt the edge of soft/hardwoods !!
