I have a T/C Encore muzzleloader that I wish to "upgrade". I have ordered in April 2006 a 'Encore Rifle Barrel 26" - Stainless steel without sights' that I still haven't received yet. I'm told by the dealer that they are B/O.

Anyone knows what's so particular about these barrels for them to take so much time to be fabricated??

I must mention that I'm from Canada. Hopefully, there is a good reason to this problem.
