how and when do you set your ground blind up for deer hunting? I am going to hunt from one this year for deer and was wondering if I should set it up a few days before I hunt from it.

Yes I like to set mine up andbrush them in a week or two in advance--these NC deer are kind of funny tongue.gif

Do you apply anything or take measures to avoid mouse destruction?

Would it be fine if I left mine out for the entire rifle season? Do you think it would last?

It qould be too much of a hastle putting the blind up every time I go down to the property.... you know?

I have left my Double Bull out for months at a time with no rodent damage of any kind. Make sure you keep you blind staked.
I also like to brush mine in for deer. For turkeys, hogs, etc... They don't seem to care at all.

If you are using an inexpensive blind with the nylon material, the sun will bleach the camo to a pinkish color over time.

I wish you luck come fall cheers.gif
