I like the primos power crystal slate.
It sounds great and even comes with a protective cover to go on it so you don't mess up the glass. i think 20 bucks....

I have a Cody that I am fond of. I use several different strikers to sound like multiple hens but the carbon stiker on that glass sure sounds good.

I use a bunch of differnt calls. I somewhat fell in love with a call Wendell Rye (I believe I have that spelled corretly) made.
It is purty and sounds nice too.

i've been using a primos ol' glory w/ frictionite suface for about 3 years. i also have "the freak" and the "power crystal". i've got a friend who will be selling woodhaven game calls and i think i'm going to get a pretty good price on one of there slates. i really like there mouth calls so hopefully there slates are just as good
