Thank God, spring seems to be showing its face here in northern NY. Nights are still below freezing but day time sun shine is melting snow and ice. Its great sapping weather but ususally it starts earlier than this. I am seeing more turkeys in the fields and a buck I have been watching finally dropped the left 3 point antler he had been carrying alone since early February. Pot holes and frost heaves are wreaking my suspension and will hopefully soon be filled or regress as the ground warms up. The suresest sign of spring was the dead skunk I spotted in the road a last week. When you start seeing them out at this latitude you know spring has arrived.
Best to all as you comming out of hybernation. Your mood is sure to improve in the days ahead.
