Brought my oldest boy to his first 3-D shoot. He really enjoyed it, almost as much as me watching him. The archery club had a turkey feed afterwards with all the fixings; corn on the cob, potato salad and baked beans.

looks like he was puttin a hurtin on them targets! i shot 3d target for the first time this year on sunday and it wasnt pretty..lost 2 brand new arrows (they were far shots though) . guess i shouldve used more time to sight the new one out since i switched to blazers

My first 3-D shoot of the year a few weeks back resulted in two lost Gold Tips too.

How are you liking the Blazers? A buddy of mine swears by them.

im liking them so far..they fly straight and are really durable..havent had a problem yet but ive only shot about 100 shots with them so far.

shot them with BH's yet??

I went with the Maxima hunters and before i bought them, he let me shoot 1/2 dozen in the indoor range and i shot a few with field tip and a few with my 100g thunderheads. At 20 yards and my first time shooting the arrows they made about a 6" circle and their was no difference with the broadheads top to bottom but those arrows have built in weight forward technology which is supposed to improve the accuracy with broadheads...so i was told. but im pretty please with them as of right now heh.
