I had this bear coming in at 4:30 the day before opener and at 6:30 PM all week so I set up at 3:00 but was sleeping at 4:44PM when I woke up and just seen him walk through the bait without stopping and never came back that night . The next dat I got set up by 4:00 PM and took another nap and missed it walk though again at 4:44PM ( according to the pic on the trail cam) This time it came back in at ten to seven and I was awake . I turned on the video cam and picked up my bow pulled it back . He looked up at me and the trail cam took its pic then it turned broadside and put it leg foward and the cam took another pic . It did not catch the arrow but it was close . I only got 20 seconds of video but its all good and shows the arrow going in.It is in analog so I have to get it chaged to digital and figure out how to post the video.It went farther than I expected ,100 yards,but had an easy blood trail to follow.There was no death moan as some how I only caught one lung. I called my son to come from camp and he help track ,take pics ,and pulled it out for me.
