I am going tomorrow to get some arrows and 100 grain expandables for this saturday.

I am getting 100 grain because thats the weight of field point I used to sight in my bow.


Are there any brands you guys like the best?

I like the G5 expandables

I'm not too up on expandable broadheads but are you limited by the draw weight/kinetic energy produced by the bow? Maybe someone more knowledgeable on the subject can answer this question.

my draw weight is only 55....

If you're set on mechanicals I would go with the Rage or Snyper 2 blade. They don't seem to take near as much energy, shoot great, and are very efficient animal stoppers.
