Any luck for anyone on opening day? Almost here. Saw an 8, a 6, and fat doe...all came downwind..thought I was clean enough but I guess not. They knew something was wrong. Turned and moved out. Go figure. Could of been done at 730am. Found a fresh scrape right behind my stand. Live and learn.

went out tonight after work...saw the 8, the 6, and two crotch horns...the little guys were sparring for about 20 minutes. Too far off in the field for a shot. They keep changing their entrance to feed in this field. cant seem to keep up. doe and two fawns came right by too.

here in NC I have seen 12 does, a spike, and an eight point.

went out this morning...had the 8 about 10 yards in front of me...too dark for a shot..I know its him everytime.Then a big doe followed by a fawn and a spike came out. They were moving this morning after a hard nights storm came through. Ill be out this afternoon.
