I have a Stealthcam with and the literature says not to use SD cards after they have been in another camera. I would like to use my camera to view the pics in the field. Is it safe to mix the cards?

First off

I know with my olympus sm cards this causes havic and i have to end up formating the card and lose pics, but after going through some programs i will get the pics back it is just a headache.. but i would try it once
