So i was bored today and was going through my "trailcam workshop". i started looking at all the old crap i had accumulated and thought damn i could build a couple setups with this stuff. then my wife came out to ask me to go to the store (we just got married yesterday by the way), she seen me going through my stuff and asked "are you going to build another damn camera " . so i had to think quick on my feet, and i said "nope i'm just organizing" ( ). then she said "why don't you get rid of some of this crap.

then it hit me, i really don't need another cam to put in the woods so i'll just get everything together and do just what she suggested, i'll give away enough stuff for someone to build there own setup.

so heres what i got.....

1-sony s600 camera ( this is used and i put it together using parts from many different cameras, but i assure you i'm pretty good with the s600 and you will barely be able to tell it from a brand new one, inside and out), it works great !!

1-sony 2gb duo pro (used of course) but works like new

1-pix LE2 board (used and working good, but i'll never use it myself), w/ standoffs and all wires, and a PIR lens

1-pix slave flash board (in case you want to build a slave flash in this setup) its brand new never been used, i don't use pix products anymore (these have been discontinued btw)

1-vivitar 2800 slave flash (brand new in original box never used) this can be used for your slave flash

2-9v battery holder (one for your LE2 and one for your slave board) both are used

2-AR glass from WTS (use one for the lens hole & another for the flash hole)

1-flash enhancer (can be used in place of the AR glass for the flash hole) new never used

1-4AA battery holder (can be used for the slave flash batteries)

1-4D battery holder (can also be used for the slave flash if you don't want to use AA batteries)

2-lens gaskets (used to cover the extending lens of the s600)

1-zorbit (used to absorb moisture in your setup)

24- duracell procell AA batteries (best alkalines money can buy i guarantee it)

12- duracell procell 9v batteries (best alkalines anywhere, not avialable to the end consumer)

1-masterlock python lock (used but works well) 2 keys included

1-camo 1060 (new w/ lid foam) not sure what pattern it is

i think that is everything, here is what you might need but isn't included...

you might need some 5/8 cpvc if you want to do a pipethrough
you might need another 1060 if you want a remote slave flash
you might need a 2 battery holder if you want external power to the s600

now for the hard part... who do i give it all too. i want everyone to have an equal chance, so i was thinking about a random drawing or something. for now how about you guys give me some ideas on how i can do a random drawing and be fair about it.

hmm i could but i don't want anyone to think i lied about what number i picked, someone else i really trusted would have to know the number too so he could verify it all. the only guy i know enough to trust would be Daryl, but then i Daryl wouldn't be able to have a chance at it.

no i was thinking about everyone trying to guess some REALLY random event (mathmatical event like the temp somewhere) in the future, it would have to be randon enought that not just the few first pickers would get the most likely results, thats why the temp wouldn't work.

i dunno thats why i'm asking for ideas

hey maybe the last digit of the final score made by an nfl team on sunday and the last digit of the final score of a different nfl team on sunday.

for example... the last digit of the cowboys final score, and the last digit of the patriots final score...

then say the cowboys won 24 to 10, and the patriots won 17-13, the winning number would be 47.

i like this idea but there are 101 posible number and i doubt we would get 101 entrees. maybe everyone could pick 2 numbers, how many entrees do you think we would get ? i guess if noone got it then we could keep doing it till someone did.

or everyone could pick 3 numbers and limit the entrees to the first 33 people

this wuld be a pain in ass to keep track of who got what number though

Just a thought, was trying to pick something that most are familiar with, yet is relatively unpredictable.

ok here is what i'm going to do, i don't know squat about the stock market so i'll use football.

everyone gets to pick one and only 1 number between 00 and 99 between now and midnight sunday morning, everyone can pick a second number between midnight sunday morning and kickoff sunday night on a first come first serve basis untill all numbers are gone . i'll use the last digit of the redskins final score on Sunday night, and the last digit of the Broncos final score on monday night. if you pick the right number you win, if noone picks the right number then the one closest to it wins, in the event of a tie the person who posted his number first will win. pick a number and stick with it. at kickoff of the redskins game sunday night i will write down all the numbers and no more will be accepted.it is your responsibility to pick a number that has not yet been picked. if 2 or more peple pick the same number then the person who posted his number first will win. please try not to edit your post, pick your numbers and stay with them. if you edit your post to change your number to the same number someone else already picked then you will be asked to pick a different number.

for example, let say you pick 34, you would win if the redskin final score is 23 and the broncos final score is 24.
