I tackled my first full body mount of a bear my son Cole killed last spring.Needs to dry and be painted yet.What you guys think?

That looks awesome, I had two cubs under my stand last year and didnt have the heart to harpoon one. I was looking for there dad, he only came out at night, mabe this year.

Thanks guys,I was a little intimidated when I first draped the tanned hide over the form,I think its going to pass my wifes inspection

Posting bear finished up.I had a droptine moose shed my wife found that was just the right height to support the front of the bear,do you guys think the shed incorperated in the mount looks ok?

The finished mount looks awesome Mike.

The moose shed gives it a uniqueness that you do not see every day.

The alternative would be a stump or driftwood or fake rock.
