I picked up a bow when I was 8 years old. Shot a lot, but kind of fell out of it for a couple of years. I turned 14 and told my parents I wanted to start bow hunting. Within a week I ended up buying my first bow, PSE Deer Hunter, with my own money. I hunted the 2004 season with only one close encounter, but never took the shot. The 2005 season was slow also and I only had seen one deer again. Things started to pick up finally during the 2006 season. I bought a 2007 Martin Bengal and I seen a lot more deer, but no shot oppurtunities. Last season everything finally fell into place. I bought another new bow a High Country Iron Mace and got a great doe at 15 yards. I made my own ground blind out of pine tree branches along my 15 acre clover field. I call her in with my bleat can and a couple of grunts.

Thanks everyone. The picture turned out well for being by myself. I had to grab a log and pearch the camera on it and then hit the button to start the timer. Ran to the deer grabbed the bow and deer and said cheese! haha
