I found these while surfing around and I was wondering if anyone had ever tried them. They seem to look pretty good. They even seem to have decent night video and pics. http://www.huntingcamonline.com/

their scout guard sg550 is a hot topic on http://www.chasingame.com recently. the reviews and feedbacks seems very good. it's a very compact camera, super small and power saving.

Just curious if anyone has tried these out yet? A guy from work is thinking of becoming a dealer for these but hasn't even used one yet. I of course told him they wouldn't be as good as a homebrew!

i'm having great luck with mine. I've gotten over 2000 pics and 180 vid's and battery power is still at 2/3. Pics are great as well as video.

They look and read to be a pretty nice unit. I'm a little confused though. They show the remote that has a LCD screen. Can pictures from the cam be viewed on that screen or is it just for setting changes?

No, it's only to view the menu. It would be slick if that screen would allow you to view pics! Maybe in the next version!!!!

The remote is for setting up the camera functions. The pics are on the sd card and would have to be viewed on your computer and in most cases a digital camera. I have heard that the moultrie viewer can be used to view your pics from this cam. Here is a thread from chasingame talking about this.
