Full Version: Piebald doe
I saw a piebald doe today in Whippany NJ. It was almost all white except for 2 small brown patches on it's neck each about the size of a softball! I took a couple of pics with my cell phone but they came out like crap. The deer were too far away but you can see how much white was on the deers body! I'd post'em but I aint so smarts when it comes to this fancy computer stuff!

Always in someones yard around here huh ! Some of the biggest bucks I have seen around here were inbetween houses .Good picture !
LOL! I sent all the tools flying towards the front of the van when I slammed on the breaks! I saw her at the very last second! I'm always scanning the woods or yards for deer as I'm driving!
One of the biggest if not the biggest buck I've ever seen in real life was standing under a car port connected to a house!It was picking through a garbage can believe it or not....massive 8 point!

All white???? Looked albino! Was that at your camp? I would hunt till I passed out from lack of food and sleep trying to find that buck! Too cool!

Sure looks albino from the picture . If you look close there is another one behind the tree . You can see its leg .
No pictures are not from here but a lady that works for us was telling me a friend of hers had four white deer in the back yard almost everynight . I told her she was full of it one white one is rare let alone four in one spot .
Well three days later she brought me the picture from the day before with two in it . She said thats all that came out that day . Central Jersey is all I know but can find out more when she comes back to work in a week .

I passed on so many doe this year looking for a piebald doe I saw while summer scouting. I saw her 4 times over the summer but couldn't find her once the season started. My freezer is almost empty because of it! I would have mounted her head. Thats where all the white was! I worked with a guy who shot a nice 6 point piebald! Had the front half mounted. Head and two front legs! Looked like it was jumping through the wall!
