When I was out cutting the clover yesterday I noticed the chicory was getting out of control on this plot. So I deceided to cut half of it down today to see what happens.

Here it was last fall when I put the stand up. I didn't do anything with this plot last year and the deer had it mowed down pretty good. It was planted with mixture of things the year before.





I put the stand in the pine in the background...



A day I actually hunted it. Burr.






This spring...

Today. This could be a good spot this fall.

Too nice out right now for any more work. I'm heading to the beach.
