Heading out now to plant my woods plot. It says plant in september, but i want it up and being used by the time bow season rolls around the 15th or something. Heres everything mixed in this plot,

Dwarf Essex Rapeseed,
Pulsar Rapeseed
2 diff. ttypes of ryegrass
Oats
Multicut Berseem Clover
Crimson Clover
Yucchi Arrow leaf Clover
Winter Wheat
Birdsfoot Trefoil
Six point Chicory
Advanage Ladino Clover

The only thing i see here that may not grow well in the hot weather is the winter wheat, but we will see.
Weather forcast for next ten days is T-Storms... should be good to get the plot up and growing.
I'm excited, tthis is going to be a cool plot if it comes up nicely and not just in patches!

finally got some rain last night so my plot should come up now. When it does ill post pictures... if the plot does not do well, theres one thing i can do, make a plot of shelled corn :-)

the plot is comming up now. Its a bit patchy cause we had a big rain and it washed some of the seeds around, but i may buy anoother bag and fill in some bare shots, not a problem, plus the plants need room to grow.
