Way more durbale and lighter than a normal vane. My groups tightened and broadhead flight hasn't been better.

So with the tighter groups you can then extend your range. is that correct?

A buddy of mine whats me to go bow hunting out west but I can not shoot as well as he does. He typically takes 50+ yards shots. At 50 yards I can keep mine within a 8" circle but beyond that looks far worse. I shoot every day but have not seen a lot of improvement. I bought a new bow this year which helped for some obvious reasons but I am not comfortable beyond 40.

Vanes don't have as much to do with tighter groups as you do yourself. Yes they help, but all in all its the shooter and how he/she shoots is what counts.

Those look nice Whitetail. Itll be hard to lose those arrows in the woods. Did you do them yourself? i was thinking of putting a wrap and different color veins on mine this year but ive never done it. Just curious how tough it is. coolsmiley.gif

I did them myself. Your talking to a Gander MOuntain archery tech here haha. roflmao.gif All you have to do is clean your shaft. Take the wrap off the paper its on. Line your arrow up and roll it on it and make sure the wrap is stuck all the way on once your roll it all the way.
