Eastky Bowhunter
With archery season opening soon I would like to see what everyone else is hunting with this year. So post up some pics of you hunting rig.

I ordered my new bow this week. I should have it the middle of next week. I'll post some pics then. I also ordered my wife her first bow 2 weeks ago but they were outta stock and had to order it from the company and its back ordered. Hopefully it will be in next week as well.

Here's the only pic of my bow. It's a Hoyt UltraMag I bought off of silbowhunter.

I don't know the year model. I don't know what strings and I'm not sure what sights are on it. I do know it has a homemade stabilizer on it as well as a homemade custom string suppressor. I did put a whisker biscuit on it.

Hey Travis if you haven't bought all of that yet see if you can get the hunters pack by Sims. You get all of that together in one package and it comes out to be cheaper. We sell a lot them at work, because there a great deal. You can choose to have the solid limb dampeners or split.

Sept. 2nd. Double time and a half pay on Monday, I'm working that. Willy is on his own on the 1st. I mounted the camera arm yesterday so he can still film. We will be hunting together on the 2nd. I have 8 days off in a row starting then. I'm hoping we can both tag out quickly and get back into whitetail mode.

I figured that was a lost cause.

It would improve your treestand appeal dramatically though. LOL

Well last year I had your cool Bowtech hangin right there. I felt better just knowing it was in the woods with us. Even though I was just camera schamgg, I felt like more of a hunter being so close to that awesome bow. worthy.gif

I guess I'm a little late to this one.
Anyhoo, Here's mine:
Hoyt Raider-9 to 10 years old? 65# draw
I bought it in summer of '07 from a friend of a friend for $100.
I installed a whisker bisquit, copper johns Dead Nutz II sight, stablizer, a new cable, string leech's, wrist sling, new peep sight, and Hoyttechnologies Bow Cam.
Previously always shot with fingers, also bought a Scott Caliper release w/turd grip( I am now sold on using releases).
Easton 2213, 26" w/wasp hammer sst 100gr. broadheads.
I've taken a basket rack 8point, Doe, and a Turkey with it so far.
I like the way it shoots, but it is old, slow, and heavy.
Hoping to get a brand spankin new one this spring, but gonna have to wait and see.
