Real Deal Hunting Chat > Hunting > Taxidermy Room

Well finally finished a week ago. Have to admit that it was forgotten about for awhile. I didnt end up reconstructing the whole fox, but remember this was for my comparative anatomy teacher. So I thought this was a sensible way to display them, and a great teaching tool. My teacher was impressed and seems very pleased with them. I guess an e-mail with pictures was sent out to all the vet tech teachers, so Ive been getting thank you's from everyone haha.
If you'd like to see what I started with you can check out the pictures a few posts down.

The finished pieces....

Looks great!

UMD currently has a fully constructed moose and wolf skeleton in the Library Annex commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Isle Royal Moose/Wolf predation study. The lead researcher is an alumnus, Dr. Rolf O. Peterson. I should snap a pic or two of them for you.
