I say small glimpse because these few pics don't even come close to doing justice to the way this years plots have turned out. Should be another great late season. Hoping for a good season during the pre rut as well, so long as the work load will let up a tad.


I about gave up on this sorghum. Mid August it still hadn't put heads on. Turned out fine though.



This is the only commercial bought seed I planted this year. It's forage ultra mix or something like that. A few different beans in the mix, all late season. The deer are really tearing it up right now, since it's the only thing besides clover & WW that's still green.

With grain prices what they are this year, I oughta have my head examined for not having a combine in here cutting these beans.





Corn ears aren't very long, but they filled out nicely.

The satisfaction you get must be extraordinary.
If plans work out in this tight economy I will soon have a piece of my own land to plant and hunt on. Your pictures along with everyone elses are a true inspiration pictures.jpg
