Well its been a long rough season for me this year. Not that ShedEgo's first deer wasn't awsome, but after that the season wasn't going so great. We didn't see a deer for over a month. Finally this morning I was able to go to a WMA that I've never been to before. I found a trail sat within 20 to 25 yards of it and within an hour I had this young buck walk by. I prepared for the shot that was only 23 yards and I nailed it! I put the rage 2 blade right behind the shoulder and that was it for him. He fell within 30 yards and that was only 2 seconds after I shot. He died about a second later. I was extremly impressed with the preformance of the rage. My arrow almost made a complete pass thru, but I found about 4 inches of it snapped off inside oh him. I found the other half and the broadhead was completly intact. The O ring didn't even break! This buck must of broke both sides at some point, because it is very noticable on each antler. He counts as an antlerless though so I still have my either sex tag.
