does anybody got some plans they would like to share for building a good box stand.i want to build a 5x5 or a 6x6,big enough for me and my son to hunt out comfortably.

i know how to build the stand,i think it would go together better and faster if i had a set of drawings to go by.please help me out,i sure would apreciate it

thank you.i did some looking and i couldnt find any plans.everything i found was already built.i signed up for the e-mail.

Yeah, I got that problem when I was looking too. That website does have a page where you can look a plans for a ladder stand, and he says he has box stand plans, but I can't find them. Maybe you could send him an email?

Anyway, a box stand is easy to build, and you'll probably be fine without plans unless you're really hopeless with building things.

Go to somewhere that sells Yard Barn kits or lawn shed's buy the one that fit's your needs..I built my own and put it on a old feed wagon running gear (hay rack will work also) Killed 3 deer from it in 3 days Drop (and i had the heat set at 70*. Drop

Unless your gonna bowhunt out of it, I would recommend 6x4. Sorry I don't have any plans, but have built a couple this size, and it is perfect for even two grown men. Add some hooks on the backwall in between the two of you to get the backpacks off the floor and an under the window shelf across the front for binoculars and to prop your feet and two of you will be very comfortable.

ya,right now my stand is 4" 1/2 by5".its alright ,it just needs to be alittle bigger.i built it about 10 years ago and it has done real well.woundedknee i might have to use these pics to build one .do you have anymore pics of the framework
