You got that right. Can't wait. Everything is all ready and been shoot daily for a month now. First up is Sept. 25th and the bear hunt in Baraga area. Hope to finish that in 1-2 days. Then back down to Remus and hunt my lease.
Got licenses for Illinois for all three NR hunts. Bow(Rut - Nov 5 - 12), 2nd Firearms(Dec.2-4) will use muzzleloader, and finally if not filled out by then muzzleloader (Dec. 9-11). Big boys are gonna fall this year. No bum knee to have to worry about.

Hey Bob The S.IL. high for tomorrow is 78, Sun. 82, been getting down in the upper 50's/ lower 60's at night. it's 64 right now. Those temp's dropping makes it that much harder to wait another 2 week's.
By the way I got my archery permit Wed.

You bet. Starting to get that feeling in the air. It is wet here today and that chill and stillness in the air.
They finally posted my credit card transaction so I should be getting my archery permit in the mail soon. Also, I pulled a firearms and muzzleloader permit. They are in trouble now.

Good luck to you guys. NH bow opened yesterday rained, today rained and we will have rain all day Sat of course. I can't go Sunday as we have the Nascar race up here and I will be enjoying cold beverages from the time I normally climb into my stand till the time I typically wander home. no rain mentioned yet for Sunday.
