Tomorrow morning, I'm getting up at 8 am and im immediately gonna hit the woods. On Wednesday, I walked through an area that was littered with huge rubs and thick brush, i searched the area a little bit, but not really all that well because it was kinda raining. I probably only covered a third of it. There was one rub in this area as high as my chest!

I plan on walking tomorrow until about 1. I plan on covering this area throughout, and then moving on to another area to search. I REALLY hope I find one, or a few even. I am using arial imagery to find likely spots to search, heres one i am searching tomorrow

and a field

A dead buck would be great too haha

We'll see though.

I wish you Luck my friend!
Field edges, fence lines, river banks, creek banks, seem to work for me. The deep woods are a shot at maybe a dead buck...but so are the fields. I would start with those plowed fields in tract 1. If you find fresh tracks, I would follow them.

Thanks guys, im heading out now. I think ill start where iu ifound all the rubs the other day, its really thick in there and could serve as a bedding area, then ill walk the field edge.

Ok well.... I did not find anything in the area where i found all the rubs, and found a doe skull on the field edge...

Also found a homeless guy on the field edge, and half a mile away i found his tent biggrin.gif

The dog found a pile of deer hair and a dead raccoon...

No sheds today, but i am not done yet, i still gotta check over where i hunt....
