Temps jumped up between 50-60 degrees! heres a few pictures from the last few days.....no sheds tho

My dog caught a mole today too...the thing has velvet fur...weird looking though.

Some nice finds there. If this warm weather keeps up, we'll be shed hunting this weekend and will very likely have early ice out on a lot of lakes.

I agree with you willy, the ice wont be safe for long.

and yes...it feels good to get out side and not have to wear 10 layers.

haha and yes.. the mole will be mounted. I was lucky to get it away from my dog, she swallows rabbits whole in about 2 seconds... so when she dropped it I placed it under a tree because there wasnt any puncture holes, and it was still moving. After the walk I ended up going by the tree, and sure enough it had died. So into the freezer it went.....

Spent a few hours searching for sheds yesterday. Even with two labs sniffin around, I came up empty too

What kind of mole is that? I've never seen one that big -only ones the size of a mouse.
