I just saw an ad about these today. It's an all resin built treestand. It says no noise and can support 300lbs. I don't know if i would trust my 250lbs to a plastic deerstand.

What are your thoughts?

Scares me standing on plastic like that. They are proud of it at $179 also. I personaly wouldn't buy that stand. I'm 6'1" and 235.

My thoughts are if I want a top of the line, lightweight hang-on, I am looking into this: Click Here
I don't have one but I have their Hand Climber and it is the lightest, quietest, and best built climber I have ever looked at. If they put the same effort into their hang-on's they gotta be awsome.

i would imagine that it's as safe as any other treestand. just make sure you wear a harness
