Well we went dove huntin today. picked up 19 between me and another guy. couldnt find a bunch. it was a great hunt though. heres a pic of the bucket. i didnt really think about taking pics.

So how do you prepare them? We normally do salt, pepper, butter and bacon. Rub a bit of butter on the breast, add salt and pepper, wrap in a slice of smoked bacon pop in a tooth pick and bake a few dozen of them.

thats just about exactly what we do... we just rap em in bacon salt and pepper them and throw in the oven. and i think u can fry em? not sure on that one.
