I'm probably not even qualified to answer this, but here goes. I don't have any idea about how the Cudde's work, but i know i have seen alot of threads from people saying their commercial IR camera takes blurry IR pictures. I'm sure some brands are worse than others. But IR pictures using an array as a light source always seems to have blurry pictures if the subject is moving at all. The camera shutter needs to stay open longer to collect enough light for a good picture, thus the blur. A flash is just that, a flash with a very short shutter time. IR flash pictures are much better when it comes to motion blur.
You may have already heard this explanation. If so i apologize. I really have no answer why it seems so bad. I guess any IR array camera will inherantly have a little motion blur, some worse than others.
Is this a problem that has just developed, or has it done it all along?

It has always done it. just tired of getting pics of bucks and not being able to tell much about him. I have more homebrew cams, i will stick with them.
