Full Version: I am at a bit of a DEAD END! Trees stand or blind???

Hey guys, well here is the deal i have got a prime time food plot that i will be hunting alot this year and well should i invest in a blind or tree stand or neither?

stand about 5-10 yards off the feild. blind about 20 yards off the feild. stand for bow. blind for gun

you can make a ground blind fairly easy and the same goes witha treestand. just make you a ladder stand out of 2x4s and 1x6s and make you a ground blind out of chicken wire and sticks, leaves, and grass.

you can save more money by doing it yourself than you could save by switching to geico LOL

Yep its so easy a caveman can do it.

I would go with the stand just to have the veiw advantage next to a field, especially if its hilly. Its really all up to each person tho
