Just thought I'd be the first to say welcome. I think were all going to enjoy this new site. Has a nice setup. Well you know what they say here in Texas...."Rather be a fencepost in Texas than the king of Tennesee".

Living in Ohio for now but Texas is where I want to be. Just last year I bought 180 acres there to retire on. As I like to say, I wouldn't trade one acre of Texas for the whole state of Ohio.

Washout.. Where did you buy the land at.. I am up by Dallas but grew up out in the country about an hour west of Ft. Worth. Still hunt back home on the ranch...
