The Knight Disc Elite has been discontinued wondering why heard a lot of good things about it...

Anyone have one what is your opinion on its performance...

Guess I will have to stick with my Traditions Lightning Bolta Action another year.

The Season for me starts this Friday Dec 9...

I just purchased a disc elite. If you spend some time searching for a deal you can get one for as low as $300.00 I purchased knight sabots, hornady, and powerbelt 295gr. Using 2 50grain777 here's my experience at the range on the 17th and I don't shoot a lot. The gunsmith I purchased from boresighted my 3/9 BSA Illuminated reticle scope.

Using 295grain powerbelts here's the results.

1st Shot 8" low 2"left.

one swab

2nd Shot 2" high 1" right"

one swab

Third/fourth/fifth shot. 2" high and 1/2 MOA.

Sixth/Seventh/Eighth. Same. Damn this gun is extremely accurate handles well and I recommend it. Also read Randy Wakeman's Article here.

Zeroing complete. Time spent. 21 minutes.

That evening I spent about 25minutes cleaning and no issues. Cleaning is very easy. I spent extra time admiring the workmanship.

Will sell the other bullets but I'm sure there accurate.

I picked one up for 249.99 plus S&H from SportmanGuide, Knight Disc Elite SS w/ Black Composite Stock came as a kit with Knight scope mount and rings (Weaver Style), Sling with Knight embroidered on it, some sabots and full plastic jackets. They have since ran out of the stainless but have some of the blued ones left maybe...

Does your have the Domed Breech Plug or the standard they say the domed one seems to give better performance than the standrad one...

Mine came with the standard looking in getting a domed one soon...

Glad to hear you like your Knight Disc Elite... Good Luck!!!
