Has anyone used gold tip arrows and what are your thoughts?

Yes, Scott, I have been shooting them for 4 years now. I really like them. I had been shooting alum. for years and finally gave up the old XX75's. LOL LOL
I am shooting a Hoyt UltraTec 3000. Recently started hunting also from a DoubleBull blind and have now shot two bucks with that combination right through the camo netting of the blind.

I also use them. Been real happy with them. Shooting XT hunters, no complaints.

I shoot GT pro hunters out of a Bowtech Allegiance VFT. At the start of last season I was damn near surgical..... of course I never had a chance at a shot during bow season. Very happy with the Gold Tips though, I've shot the XT series for 3 years now, last year I spent the extra dough on the pro hunters.

Just gave 'em (Gold Tips) to my buddy who's still shooting them. Great arrows but I made the switch to the AXIS 400's. No reason other than I like to try new stuff. 28" with 4" helic vanes, 100g tips weigh in at 401g. Things are mega skinny.
