Curious if any Vermonters here? After a couple down years after some heavy winters, the hunters request some QDM. At first looked like there was going to be an antler restriction to 3 or 4 points and up and they tossed that and now they don't want anyone feeding the deer because they are worried about the spread of CWD. The deer wintering yards are fed out and some are over run with moose. A person from Fish & Game said the last study on habitat and winter yards was in the 80's. In the 80's we didn't have much for turkeys or moose, now they are easier to find then whitetail.. Hope we don't loose the herd all together
