Well, where do i start.. We have about 60 acres near big rapids and it is all thick woods. Any day now we are having it opened up with some select cutting and at the moment i am deciding where to place my food plots so we can clear the area while we are at it . I am new to making food plots and i was wondering what types of seeds others use in michigan and how it works. We have really sandy soil and i havent done a ph test yet but i was just looking for some input on how to decide what to plant . Sorry for the long post but any information would help..thanks guys
